The 24-year-old has made over 150 appearances for Villa and has won three caps for England.
News of his new deal will come as a boost to Agbonlahor after he made his return to action from injury in the midweek win over Blackpool.
Agbonlahor suffered a calf problem at the start of this season and then underwent groin surgery five weeks ago.
Agbonlahor is the latest Villa star to sign a new deal in recent weeks after Marc Albrighton
